Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller / Business Development Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads received through online platforms, understanding customer requirements, explaining our projects, and regularly following up with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads received through online platforms.

- Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.

- Understand customer requirements and provide basic project information.

- Maintain complete records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups.

- Regularly update lead details, call status, customer requirements, and follow-up information in the company's CRM/data management system.

- Ensure that all customer interactions and lead-related information are properly recorded and updated.





- Schedule site visits for interested customers.

- Coordinate with the sales team and ensure proper follow-up with leads.

- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable making outbound calls.

- Basic knowledge of Hindi/Punjabi; English communication will be an advantage.

- Previous experience in telecalling, cold calling, sales, or business development will be preferred.

- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

- Freshers with positive communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
