We are looking for a Telecaller & Chat Processing Executive to join our team in Indore. The main responsibility of this role is to communicate with interested customers through calls and chat, understand their requirements, provide basic information about our product, and help convert interested leads into customers.

You will not be required to randomly call people or generate leads yourself. Interested leads will already be coming into our system, and your job will be to contact them, answer their queries, follow up with them, and help move them towards a successful conversion.

Responsibilities

- Contact interested leads through phone calls and chat.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our product/services clearly.




- Follow up with interested leads regularly.
- Answer customer questions and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain proper records of conversations and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the team when required.
- Work towards achieving conversion and sales targets.

Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls and chat.
- Basic knowledge of computers and messaging applications.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Must be comfortable working from office in South Tukoganj, Indore.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
