We are looking for a confident and articulate Telecounsellor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Provide detailed information about products or services
- Understand customer requirements and address queries
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Follow up with Enquires to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to team goals

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
