Job Role: Tele-Collections Executive

Process: Domestic Tele-Collections

Location: Bangalore

Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | 1 Day Rotational Off

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue/pending payments and follow up for timely resolution.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate payment-related information or assistance.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers as per the assigned collection portfolio.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and performance metrics.
- Update customer interaction details, payment commitments, and follow-up status accurately in the system.

Candidate Requirements
- Collections experience is mandatory,



preferably in a domestic tele-collections/voice process.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English Mandatory.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to handle pressure and achieve collection goals.
- Comfortable working in a rotational weekly-off workplace.
- Candidates with relevant BPO, banking, fintech, loan, EMI, or recovery experience are preferred.
