Job Summary The Collections Executive is responsible for managing assigned delinquent accounts, ensuring timely recovery of overdue payments, minimizing portfolio delinquency, and maintaining a positive customer experience while complying with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers through outbound calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and other approved communication channels to collect overdue payments.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts as per the assigned DPD bucket strategy.
- Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, or payment commitments within the approved authority matrix.
- Educate customers regarding overdue amounts, penalties, and the impact of non-payment on their credit history.
- Update customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection remarks accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets, including recovery amount, PTP (Promise to Pay), and productivity metrics.
- Coordinate with field collection teams, legal teams, and internal stakeholders whenever required.
- Escalate high-risk,



fraud, skip-trace, or dispute cases to the concerned department.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, company policies, and fair collection practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer handling and conflict resolution ability.
- Basic knowledge of collections and recovery processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve collection targets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional and ethical approach while interacting with customers.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in collectionsbanking, NBFC, fintech, or tele-calling may apply.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in retail loans, personal loans, education loans, or unsecured lending collections.
- Knowledge of DPD buckets, NACH, ECS, payment links, and digital collection processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
