Roles & Responsibilities:

- ​Make outbound calls to new and existing leads from the database.
- ​Explain property details, features, and amenities to clients.
- ​Schedule property site visits for interested customers.
- ​Conduct regular follow-ups with warm and hot leads.
- ​Update daily call reports, client feedback, and data in CRM or MS Excel.
- ​Understand the client's property requirements and budget.
- ​Achieve monthly site visit and sales targets.

​Required Qualifications:

- ​Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
- ​0-2 years of experience in Telecalling, BPO, or Sales (Real estate experience is a bonus).
- ​Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

​Technical & Soft Skills:

- Good Communication skills
- ​Strong convincing and persuasion skills.
- ​Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web).
- ​Polite, confident, and professional phone etiquette.
- ​Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
