Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from students and prospective applicants through phone and other communication channels.

- Provide clear information about courses, schedules, fees, and admission procedures.

- Assist applicants with documentation and enrollment-related steps.

- Maintain enquiry records and update follow-up status regularly.

- Follow up with prospective students and provide timely information.

- Coordinate with relevant teams for admission and student support activities.

- Communicate professionally with students and guardians.

- Prepare daily calling and activity reports.

- Maintain basic records and ensure timely follow-up on enquiries.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.

- Fluent English communication is required.





- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, admissions, counselling, or a related role preferred.

- Freshers with strong English communication skills may also be considered.

- Comfortable making regular follow-up calls.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry.

- Positive listening, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Topsia, Kolkata location.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
