Role & responsibilities

- Handling inbound calls: Answering incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshooting issues: Diagnosing customer complaints, billing errors, or technical glitches, and providing immediate, accurate solutions.
- Escalating complex cases: Route unresolved or high-level issues to senior technical teams or managers while keeping the customer informed.
- Conducting feedback calls: Making outbound calls to check if customers are happy with recent purchases or service updates.
- Proactive retention: Reaching out to users showing signs of canceling a subscription or service to address their pain points and convince them to stay.
- Account updates: Assisting customers with updating personal profiles, changing payment methods, or upgrading/downgrading their plans.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education:



Bachelors Degree in any stream (Any discipline).
- High empathy: Ability to understand a customer's frustration and validate their feelings calmly.
- Patience under pressure: Staying polite, skilled, and composed even when dealing with angry, rude, or difficult callers.
- Conflict resolution: A natural knack for defusing tense situations and turning a negative customer experience into a positive one.
- Positive attitude: Maintaining an enthusiastic, helpful, and energetic tone over the phone throughout a long shift.
- Shift flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shiftsor weekends depending on the business requirement.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in an inbound call center, customer helpdesk, or BPO environment is highly preferred (though freshers with great communication can be considered).
