About the Role

We are seeking an articulate, driven, and goal-oriented Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our Wealth Management team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, introducing our range of financial products, identifying client investment goals, and generating qualified appointments for our Wealth Advisory team.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling &
- Lead Outreach:

Connect with high-potential prospects and qualified leads via phone to introduce our wealth management, mutual funds, insurance, and portfolio advisory services.

- Client Need Analysis: Ask qualifying questions to assess prospect financial goals, risk appetite, and current investment holdings.

- Appointment Setting &

- Pipeline Management:

Schedule high-intent virtual and in-person consultations for Senior Wealth Managers and Relationship Managers.

- Objection Handling &

- Follow-ups:

Address preliminary inquiries, overcome objections professionally, and conduct timely follow-ups on warm leads.

- CRM &

- Data Hygiene:

Maintain accurate records of calls, lead statuses, feedback,



and scheduled meetings inside the CRM system.

- Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily call volume benchmarks, lead conversion metrics, and monthly business targets.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.

- Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer acquisition (prior experience in BFSI, Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, or FinTech is a robust plus). Freshers with strong financial knowledge and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.

- Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial markets, mutual funds, SIPs, fixed income, or insurance products.

- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
