ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated Tele Caller Executive to engage prospects, qualifying leads, and closing the leads. This role is ideal for someone who’s persuasive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

- Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, or services
- Proactively contact prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM tools
- Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities
- Present products/services clearly and confidently to customer needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships




- Manage the leads pipeline and track activity in the CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Handle objections and negotiate pricing within guidelines
- Follow up on quotes, proposals, and customer inquiries

KEY REQUIREMENT

- 6 Months to 4 years of work experience into core marketing field specially in a startup environment
- Experience in SaaS or marketplaces etc
- Exposure to international or multi-market growth
- Startup or high-growth environment experience is preferred.
