We are looking for a confident, polite, and patient-focused Telecaller to join Sanjeevani Homeopathy. The candidate will be responsible for calling patients and leads, understanding their requirements, providing basic information about the clinic and consultation process, and helping patients schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to new and existing patient leads.

- Respond to incoming patient enquiries professionally.

- Explain clinic services, consultation process, and appointment procedures.

- Follow up with patients who have shown interest in consultation.

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and appointments.

- Follow up with patients regarding scheduled appointments.

- Handle patient questions politely and escalate medical queries to the appropriate doctor/team.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to improve appointment conversions.

- Coordinate with the clinic/reception team regarding appointments.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

- Achieve daily/weekly calling and appointment targets.

Requirements





- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Transparent and confident telephone communication.

- Friendly, polite, and patient-oriented approach.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to maintain lead and patient records.

- Previous telecalling, customer support, healthcare, or sales experience is preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
