Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller – Marketing to connect with potential customers, introduce our products/services, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain the company’s products/services to customers.
- Generate qualified leads through telephone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Handle customer questions and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.
- Maintain a qualified and positive relationship with customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
