About the Role:

We’re looking for a confident, articulate, and people-friendly Telecaller to join our team in Chennai.

If you’re comfortable speaking to people over the phone, know how to build a conversation, and can communicate clearly in both English and Tamil, this role could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do:

- Make and receive calls to customers and prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital and other marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Clearly explain our services, processes, offers, and next steps to customers.
- Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with customers over the phone.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Follow up consistently with interested leads and help improve lead-to-conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.




- Coordinate with internal teams whenever a customer requires additional assistance.
- Meet daily and monthly calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, telesales, or a similar role.
- Excellent spoken English and Tamil.
- Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
- Good follow-up skills and the ability to handle multiple leads.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first approach.
