- Branch Coordination: Encourage interested prospects to visit the local branch and coordinate with the sales or branch team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

- Payment and Interest Follow-Ups: Call existing customers to remind them of upcoming or overdue payments, encouraging timely interest collections and repayments.

- Data Management: Update call statuses, customer feedback, and lead progress accurately inside the company’s CRM or loan portal systems.

- Customer Support: Answer basic customer queries regarding ongoing loan processes, valuation steps, and account statuses with professionalism
