Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
- Explain products/services and provide basic information.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
- Maintain weekly calling sheet.
- Maintain a positive and skilled attitude with customers.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
