- Telecaller Executive – Admissions

Agrani College of Hotel Management & Aviation is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our Admissions Team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents, explaining our Hotel Management and Aviation programs, handling enquiries, conducting regular follow-ups, and supporting the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.
- Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding course admissions. Explain Hotel Management and Aviation courses, eligibility, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.

Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information to students and parents.

Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and admissions.

Identify potential candidates and coordinate with the Admissions and Business Development teams.

Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits for interested students.

Assist candidates throughout the admission process.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission-conversion targets.

Maintain professional and positive communication with students and parents.

- Requirements

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.



Confident and qualified telephone manner.

Good convincing, counselling, and follow-up abilities.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Good communication in English and Telugu is preferred.

Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, admissions, or sales will be an advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
