Job Summary

Silver Storm is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer enquiries, promoting our park offerings, and assisting customers with ticketing and visit-related information.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote Silver Storm's products, packages and offers.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding park tickets, packages, offers, timings, facilities and special events.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ticket or package options.
- Coordinate with the Ticketing, Sales and Guest Relations teams when required.
- Follow up with schools, colleges, corporates, travel agencies and other potential group customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned calling, enquiry and conversion targets.
- Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales,



Customer Service or a similar role preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, confident and energetic personality.
- Good convincing and sales skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call records.
- Good command of English and Malayalam.
- Knowledge of Tamil/Hindi/other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with targets and follow-up schedules.
