- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of platform architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Ability to integrate diverse systems and technologies within complex environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving architectural challenges effectively.
- Excellent understanding of cloud technologies and their application in architecture design.
