Primary purpose:-

Technician- Service should ensure quality in service. They should work with self confidence & should take self initiative during work. Every Technician should acquire proper training as per MSIL norms & update on recent process and developments. The work should ensure customer delight in maximum extend.

Reporting To : Floor Controller -Service

Key Job Responsibilities

Quality Repair

- Completed the Mechanical Job in a Stipulated Time Frame.
- Ensure and Adhere the Job has done as per MSIL SAS Norms
- Reduce repeated Job through proper monitoring.
- Ensure 100% demanded repair has done as per Job card.
- Communicate with Supervisor if found any additional Job.
- Obtain Support from in house Trainers in difficult Job.

Training Completion
- Ensure all training has completed as per MSIL norms.
- Update and Refresh Technical Knowledge on daily basis.
- Awareness of Maruti SAS manual.
- Update Newsletters, Bulletin, Mails from Maruti Suzuki.
