Technical Trainer JD

This is a full time, on-site Technical Trainer (Software Development and Coding) role based in Nagpur.

The Technical

Trainer will design, develop, and deliver instructor-led training programs in software development, coding languages, and related technical topics for students and professionals. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials and curricula, conducting classroom and lab sessions, demonstrating coding concepts through practical examples, and guiding participants through hands-on exercises and projects. The role involves assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, updating course content to align with current technologies and industry standards, and collaborating with internal teams to improve training quality.

The Technical

Trainer will also participate in training needs analysis, support program evaluation, and maintain accurate training and performance documentation.

Qualifications

- Experience as a Technical Trainer with strong skills in Technical Training and Training & Development.
- Ability to plan and deliver effective Training sessions with clear Communication skills tailored to diverse learner groups.




- Proficiency in software development and coding (e.g., one or more of: Java, Python, C/C++, JavaScript, web development frameworks).
- Knowledge of instructional design principles, curriculum development, and adult learning methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in programming or training are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, structured manner and facilitate hands-on learning.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple batches, schedules, and training documentation.
- Prior experience training in academic institutions or corporate environments, especially in software or IT, is preferred.
