Our client, a global leader in Electronics Manufacturing, is looking for a Master Trainer to drive shop-floor technical competence, training governance, and behavioral excellence across their assembly lines.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct systematic Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on quality defects, yield gaps, engineering changes (ECOs), and new product introductions (NPI)
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (Process, Quality, Safety) to develop training content, SOPs, and ESD/IPC-standard work instructions
- Plan and execute weekly/monthly training schedules aligned with production plans
- Lead and coach Cell Trainers to ensure standardized, consistent training delivery across lines
- Oversee On-the-Job Training (OJT), bridging classroom theory with line-side practical validation
- Drive the 4S Training Methodology (Skill Cycle, Skill Snap, Skill Echo, Skill Monitor) across all training modules
- Embed quality and safety standards — ESD safety, 5S discipline, and zero-defect mindset — into daily operator routines
- Track Inter- and Intra-skill matrix progress and drive structured competency growth (L1–L4 career pathways) for operators




- Monitor post-training KPIs (First Pass Yield, efficiency, rework rates, audit scores) to measure training effectiveness and identify retraining needs
- Drive 100% completion of mandatory e-learning and safety compliance modules
- Act as a frontline behavioral leader, fostering discipline, communication, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) on the floor

Skills Required

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- 2–5 years of hands-on technical training experience in Electronics Manufacturing (EMS) or Box Build environments
- Strong knowledge of Box Build assembly, IPC-A-610 standards, soldering techniques, ESD controls, and Lean methodologies
- Hands-on expertise in TNA, 4S Training Methodology, Training Within Industry (TWI), and Skill Matrix Management
- Solid leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to drive behavioral change and collaborate with SMEs and operations teams
