- Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP): Educate staff on local drug laws (Schedule H/H1/X regulations), cold-chain management, proper storage, drug expiry/short-expiry handling, and audit readiness. Inventory &
- Store Operations: Provide training on stock auditing,
order fulfillment, return processing, min-max stock maintenance, and prevention of stock loss/shrinkage. Soft Skills &
- Customer Service: Train pharmacists and assistants on customer engagement, active listening, OTC cross-selling, patient counseling, and resolving customer complaints. Apprenticeship &
- Onboarding: Manage onboarding schedules and progress for "Retail Trainee Pharmacists" and "Retail Sales Associates" under Apollo's training programs.
