Job Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer queries through voice/chat/email as required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team.

Requirements
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Positive problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications can apply.
