Role Description The Technical Support Analyst internship is a hybrid role based in Jodhpur, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Interns will assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by users, including software configuration problems and basic system errors. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling support tickets, responding to user queries, documenting issues and resolutions, and escalating complex problems to senior team members.

The role involves collaborating with the customer support team to ensure clear communication, tracking customer satisfaction,



and following standardized troubleshooting procedures. Interns will also participate in knowledge base updates and continuous improvement of support processes.

Qualifications

- Solid analytical skills to assess issues, interpret data, and identify root causes
- Basic Knowledge of Python, SQL, Advance Excel, Linux Commands
- Technical support abilities, including handling software-related queries and basic system diagnostics
- Customer support and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on clear communication and professional service
- Troubleshooting skills to systematically isolate and resolve technical problems
- Basic understanding of IT systems, software applications, and networking concepts
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in en_US
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time, and collaborate with onsite and remote team members
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Willingness to learn, adapt to new tools, and follow documented support procedures
