Position Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Consultant to support our product and customer-facing functions across product demonstrations, client onboarding, implementation coordination, product training, and ongoing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers, Explain product features, workflows, benefits, and use cases in a clear, simple, and business-oriented manner.
- Support new customers throughout the product onboarding process.
- Coordinate with internal Product, Technology, and Implementation teams for configuration, deployment, and implementation activities.
- Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions, and user enablement programs for clients.
- Act as a point of contact for product-related queries during and after onboarding.
- Support the Sales and Business Development teams during the pre-sales process by assisting with product presentations,



requirement understanding, and client discussions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the product.

- Robust problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Willingness to learn new products, tools, and technologies quickly.

Preferred Qualifications · freshers with strong communication and presentation skills

· Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
