Manufacturer of specialty pigment dispersions and colorants for PU Foam, Footwear, Artificial Leather (PU & PVC), FRP, IMC, Coatings and Adhesives.

Position Summary

Develop pigment dispersions for artificial leather, establish an application lab, replicate customer processes, support customer trials and recommend laboratory equipment and raw materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop PU/PVC color pastes
- Develop screen printing and embossing inks
- Replicate customer manufacturing
- Optimize formulations
- Support customer trials
- Scale-up production
- Prepare SOPs, TDS and reports

Education B.Tech/M.Tech Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Paint Technology, M.Sc. Chemistry or equivalent.

Experience

3-8 years in Artificial Leather manufacturing, R&D;, Technical Service, Quality or Application Development.

Preferred Candidate

Hands-on experience in PU/PVC artificial leather manufacturing with the ability to establish an application laboratory and independently conduct customer trials.
