# – Technical Support Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support/Sales Engineer who can support the Sales Team with technical expertise for Factory Automation and Bearing Products. The person will accompany Sales Engineers on customer visits, understand technical requirements, and handle the technical discussions during meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Accompany Sales Engineers on customer visits and meetings.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.

- Handle technical discussions and queries related to bearings, factory automation and related products.

Explain product specifications, applications, features and benefits to customers.

Support the Sales Team in product selection and technical proposals.

Understand application requirements such as load, speed, operating conditions, dimensions, etc.

Coordinate with customers and suppliers for technical information and solutions.

Prepare technical presentations, product comparisons and basic technical documents.

Support product demonstrations, trials and application-related discussions.

Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales activities.





Follow up on technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain proper records of customer requirements, technical discussions and application details.

Keep updated with new products, technologies and industry developments.

Required Skills

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.

Basic to good knowledge of bearings and/or factory automation products.

Good understanding of industrial applications and engineering concepts.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Comfortable with regular customer visits and travel.

Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Sales experience is not mandatory, but the candidate should be comfortable working closely with the Sales Team.

Key Requirement The candidate should be able to join customer visits with the Sales Person, understand the application, lead the technical discussion, answer customer queries and provide the right technical support to help close the business.
