As part of the expansion plan, Brilliant Infotech Inc is looking to add ambitious and sharp Recruitment professionals having experience in hiring W-2 (USC, GC, H-1, EAD, OPT, CPT) and C to C consultants. The candidates should have a proven track record of 2 plus years of successful career in hiring in the US IT Recruitment operations.
All these positions are onsite in our Office in Sector-63, Noida A successful track record in US IT recruitment is a must for these roles.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with Account Managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Performing background and reference checks.
- Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
- Working and collaborating with team members at all levels to create a productive and supportive work environment
Working experience in the relevant job boards and ATS like Ciepal, Dice, Linked In RPS etc.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's of Science, Engineering or Human Resources degree.
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
- 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
- Positive interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills.
