Required Skills & Qualifications

- Generate leads and connect with potential clients

- Coordinate with the BDM and support vendor and client management

- Assist in IT Staff Augmentation and project coordination.

- Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

- Excellent communication skills

- Eagerness to learn and grow

- Basic knowledge of IT Services, IT Staffing, Project coordination.

Good to Have

- Exposure to lead generation or sales activities.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools.

- Understanding of IT Staff Augmentation and recruitment processes.

- Internship or experience in Project coordination, Sales, Recruitment.

- Confidence in client communication, email outreach, and follow-ups.

- Solid negotiation and presentation skills

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
