We are looking for a Senior PMO / Technical Project Manager with 15+ years of experience and robust Capital Markets domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams.
- Drive PMO, project governance, planning, risks, issues, and stakeholder management.
- Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, direction, and clear project communication.
- Leverage strong technical understanding to drive technology projects.
- Look for growth opportunities and help drive expansion

Requirements

- 15+ years of overall IT experience, preferably in a Java environment
- 8+ years of Capital Markets / Investment Banking experience in areas like Equities, Derivatives, or Fixed Income
- Proven PMO and technical project management background.
- Excellent team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage complex projects independently.

Nice to Have: Experience leveraging AI to improve development or support outcomes
