About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager / Engineering Manager with 12 - 16 years of experience to lead engineering teams and drive enterprise technology delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and Cloud, combined with strong people and delivery leadership. Candidates should also have a strong understanding of Generative AI and/or Agentic AI, preferably with recent project exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage engineering teams delivering Java, Microservices, Cloud and AI-enabled solutions.
- Own project delivery including planning, resources, timelines, risks and dependencies.
- Provide technical guidance across Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices and Cloud.
- Work with Architects and senior engineers on solution design, scalability, performance and engineering best practices.
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps, testing, monitoring and production delivery practices.
- Provide technical guidance on Generative AI and/or Agentic AI and identify opportunities for AI-enabled solutions.
- Work with technologies/concepts such as LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases and AI Agents.
- Partner with Product, Architecture,



QA and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
- Manage team capacity, technical debt, delivery priorities and risks.
- Mentor engineers and technical leads and drive team development and performance.
- Ensure effective governance, documentation, security and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

- 1216 years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery or technology leadership.
- Robust background in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs and Microservices.
- Good experience with AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and/or Agentic AI; hands-on/project experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI Agents or AI application integration.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
- Strong project delivery, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance people leadership, delivery ownership and technical decision-making
