- Sales Ownership - Orchestrate end-to-end sales cycles across India and global markets, from lead gen, pipeline creation to successful deal closure. N

- Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and convert high-potential opportunities while deepening relationships with existing clients. N

- 1-3+ years of experience in Sales (B2B, consulting, outsourcing, KPO, or similar) N
- Demonstrated success inclosing deals across both domestic and international markets N
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to build, inspire, and manage high-performing sales teams N
- A highly driven, target-oriented mindset, complemented by strong strategic and executional acumen N
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel N
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and business writing N
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills N
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, entrepreneurial, and lean operating environment N
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required N
