Position Summary

As a US IT Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our US-based IT requirements. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, negotiating, and onboarding top-tier technical talent across various hiring models. This role requires a deep understanding of the US IT staffing ecosystem and the ability to build strong talent pipelines in a rapid-paced, metrics-driven environment.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing and screening to final offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Requirement Analysis: Work closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand complex technical requirements.
- Talent Sourcing: Leverage premium job portals (Dice, Monster, etc.), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
- Social Recruiting: Utilize expert-level sourcing strategies on LinkedIn and other professional networks to build robust talent pipelines.
- Hiring Models:



Successfully source and close candidates across various employment types, specifically focusing on C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and W2 hiring models.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with direct clients, System Integrators (SIs), implementation partners, and agencies.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong engagement and skilled relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a high join-ratio.

What We’re Looking For (Key Requirements)

- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment (exposure to both Agency and SI hiring models is highly preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of diverse IT roles, technical skills, and current tech trends.
- Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience navigating major US job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and an expert grasp of LinkedIn sourcing.
- US Staffing Ecosystem: Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), work visas (H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT/CPT), and general US staffing compliance.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a proven ability to pitch roles and negotiate effectively.
- Aptitude: Ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritize multiple open requisitions, and thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
