About the Company: Mumbai-based road EPC contractor, incorporated in 2010, It is active in highway construction, toll management, and Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) projects, serving major clients like NHAI, MoRTH, and state road authorities.About the Role: Position – “ Chartered Accountant (CA) @ Powai ” Office Location : Powai, Andheri (E), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - 400072 Department : Finance & Accounts Reporting To : CFO / Head – Finance Working days : Mon to Sat ( 2 & 4th Saturdays are off days) With ambitious expansion plans, the client is looking to hire a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee accounting, taxation, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and financial controls. The candidate will work closely with the CFO and management to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely statutory compliance, and strong internal controls within EPC, infrastructure, or project-based operations.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting, month-end closing, and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other applicable statutory requirements.Prepare and review bank, ledger, vendor, customer, and intercompany reconciliations.Prepare MIS reports, cash-flow statements, financial analysis, budgeting,



and variance analysis.Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities to ensure timely closure of audits.Monitor accounts payable, receivables, provisions, accruals, and internal financial controls in line with Ind AS / Accounting Standards.Identify financial and compliance risks and recommend corrective actions to support management decision-making.Qualifications:Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified.3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.Experience in infrastructure, construction, toll operations, EPC, or project-based businesses preferred.Required Skills:Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) & Companies Act provisionsStatutory Compliances (GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC)Financial Reporting, MIS & Cash Flow ManagementAudit Coordination & Risk ManagementAdvanced MS Excel & Accounting/ERP SystemsAnalytical Thinking, Integrity, & Attention to DetailPreferred Skills:Experience in infrastructure, construction, toll operations, EPC, or project-based businesses preferred.Pay range and compensation package: Please inquire for details.Equal Prospect Statement: We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
