Embedded Project Manager

Location: E-City, Tukugudda, Hyderabad (100% Onsite)

Note: Candidates with experience exclusively in the Automotive industry will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

n

n

Lead the design and development of mission-critical embedded systems for Defense, Aerospace, and Satellite Communication applications.

n

Drive end-to-end embedded product development while leading cross-functional engineering teams.

n

Provide technical leadership across Embedded Systems, FPGA, and DSP development.

n

Lead the complete embedded product development lifecycle:

n

Requirements analysis

n

n

System architecture

n

Design & development

n

Coding

n

Integration

n

Testing & validation

n

Documentation

n

n

Manage and mentor Embedded, FPGA, Hardware, DSP, and Testing teams.

n

Review system architecture, embedded software design, FPGA implementation, coding standards, and test strategies.

n

n

Collaborate with Hardware, System Engineering, and Project teams for successful execution.

n

Monitor project timelines, technical risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

n

Ensure compliance with IEEE 1220, internal quality standards, and Aerospace/Defense engineering practices.

n

Conduct technical reviews, design discussions,



customer interactions, and solution presentations.

n

Support prototyping, system integration, field testing, product validation, and certification activities.

n

n

Mandatory Technical Skills

n

n

10 years of experience in Embedded Systems, FPGA, and DSP-based product development.

n

Solid programming and debugging expertise in Embedded C.

n

Hands-on FPGA RTL design using Verilog and/or VHDL .

n

Preference will be given to Local Candidates only - ( Hyderabad )

n

Strong knowledge of ARM-based 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers.

n

Hands-on experience with:

n

UART

n

Ethernet

n

SPI

n

CAN

n

I2C

n

I2S

n

ADC

n

DAC

n

n

Thorough understanding of the Embedded Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

n

Experience in real-time DSP implementation and/or real-time digital communication systems.

n

Ability to prepare and interpret technical documentation as per IEEE 1220 standards.

n

n

Experience with Zynq Ultra Scale FPGA is Must .

n

Prior experience in Defense, Aerospace, or Satellite Communication product development.

n
