We at Coforge are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support strategic client accounts by establishing robust relationships with technology stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor across Technology, Architecture, Digital Transformation, and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Banking & Financial Services (BFSI), Java-based enterprise ecosystems, and AI-led transformation, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs and mentoring architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Support key accounts by establishing relationships with technology stakeholders and contributing to account growth through proactive and reactive opportunities.
n
- Act as a trusted technology advisor to client leadership teams, helping shape enterprise-wide technology and transformation roadmaps.
n
- Participate in pre-sales activities, solutioning, and proposal development to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and effective implementation strategies.
n
- Mentor Solution Architects and review architecture and design artifacts to ensure quality delivery.
n
- Develop and maintain Architecture Guiding Principles with a focus on secure,



scalable, resilient, and responsible AI adoption.
n
- Define business and technology architectures, identifying AI-enabled capabilities and transformation opportunities.
n
- Develop technology strategies, IT operating models, and modernization roadmaps for clients.
n
- Create Enterprise and Solution Architectures, including AI/GenAI solution architectures and integration patterns.

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture and large-scale technology transformation programs.
n
- 18+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and technology strategy.
n
- Strong Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain experience is mandatory, with exposure to core banking, digital banking, payments, lending, regulatory compliance, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
n
- Strong Java technology background with hands-on experience in designing and architecting large-scale enterprise applications.
n
- Experience driving modernization of Java-based monolithic applications into cloud-native and microservices-based architectures.
n
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
n
- Certification in Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
