Experience in administering and troubleshooting the following technologies and platforms is essential. Knowledge of infrastructure security, SD-WAN, and routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP). Hands-on experience in security network technologies, including firewalls, proxy, IPS, WAF and VPN. Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting the Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco ASA firewalls Confident troubleshooting knowledge using TCP dumps and PCAP files.
