About the Role:

CrackTheCampus is looking for a Technical Operations Associate who will work closely with both the Learning & Development (L&D;) team and the Technology team to ensure smooth execution of learning content, assessments, platform updates, and related technical operations. The role requires a combination of technical problem-solving, testing, content operations, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with learning content as well as technical systems and should be able to independently handle minor technical requirements, automation, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a key coordination point between the Learning & Development and Technology teams.
- Research technical concepts, subjects, technologies, curriculum topics, industry requirements, and learning areas based on project needs.
- Support the L&D; team in understanding and structuring technical topics before content development begins.
- Validate researched information for accuracy, relevance, difficulty level, and practical applicability.
- Review, validate, and upload learning content, assessments, question banks, courses, and related platform data.
- Perform functional testing and quality checks before learning content, assessments, or platform updates are released.
- Identify technical, content,



or workflow-related issues and coordinate with the engineering team for resolution.
- Test and verify fixes before they are moved to production.
- Develop small scripts and automation utilities for data processing, validation, content migration, repetitive tasks, or urgent operational requirements.
- Work with structured data formats such as CSV, Excel, JSON, APIs, databases, and internal platform tools.
- Translate L&D; requirements into clear technical requirements for the engineering team.
- Help evaluate the technical feasibility of new learning features, content formats, or assessment requirements.
- Support time-sensitive updates related to assessments, courses, learning modules, or platform content.
- Maintain documentation for research findings, platform processes, testing workflows, and recurring operational activities.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks from research and requirement understanding through execution, testing, and final verification.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or a similar programming/scripting language.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar technical topics.
- Ability to research and evaluate information from multiple reliable sources.
- Basic understanding of web applications, APIs, databases, and software development workflows.
- Ability to write scripts for automation, validation,



and data-processing requirements.
- Familiarity with Git, JSON, CSV, Excel, and basic SQL.
- Positive understanding of functional testing and quality assurance practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly while reviewing technical and educational content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with EdTech, Learning Management Systems, assessment platforms, SaaS products, or technical content development.
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman, GitHub, or similar development and testing tools.
- Exposure to technologies such as React, Django, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
- Experience researching technical curricula, emerging technologies, industry skills, or assessment requirements.
- Prior experience working with educational content, assessments, certification programs, or curriculum development will be an advantage.

The candidate should be able to independently investigate issues, perform testing, automate repetitive activities when required, and coordinate effectively with both L&D; and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.
