P & A Valuetech is supported by a dedicated workforce of around 70 team members across technical, marketing, and back-office functions.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Manager role located in Kashubian Tricity.

The Technical

Manager will lead and supervise technical teams, ensuring high-quality delivery of technical and management services to clients. Daily responsibilities include planning and allocating work, reviewing technical reports and documentation, monitoring project timelines and budgets, and coordinating with marketing and back-office staff to support client requirements. The role involves providing technical guidance, resolving complex issues, and implementing best practices to maintain ISO-compliant standards.

The Technical





Manager will also interact with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and support continuous improvement in processes and service quality.

Qualifications

- Strong technical leadership skills, including team supervision, workload planning, and performance management.
- Experience in technical project management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 or similar quality management systems and adherence to structured processes.
- Techno-commercial and financial management understanding to support project costing, proposals, and utilization analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with technical, marketing, and back-office teams and interacting with clients.
- Proven ability to analyze technical data, review reports, and ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, or a related technical discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in technical and management services, consultancy, or related industries in a multi-location setup is preferred.
- Robust problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Comfort working on-site in Kashubian Tricity and coordinating with geographically dispersed offices.
