Java Lead / Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Java Lead / Engineering Manager to drive the design and development of large-scale, distributed applications while leading high-performing engineering teams. The ideal candidate will combine robust technical expertise with leadership capabilities to deliver scalable, business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade Java applications.
- Build scalable distributed systems using modern Java technologies and microservices.
- Mentor and manage engineering teams, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with Product and Program Managers to define product strategy and execution plans.
- Drive Agile delivery, technical decision-making, and roadmap planning.

Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices, REST APIs, JPA, and Hibernate.




- Solid understanding of Algorithms, Data Structures, OOA/OOD, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience in distributed systems architecture, infrastructure design, and cloud/on-premise environments.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex software projects.

Preferred Skills
- Product roadmap planning and Agile project management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience influencing technical strategy and engineering best practices.
