Are you an AI/ML expert who can turn GenAI ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions?

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Lead – AI/ML to lead the design, development, and delivery of intelligent AI solutions.

? Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

? Experience: 5–8 Years

? ? Leadership Experience: 2+ Years as a Technical Lead / Senior Engineer

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of AI/ML and intelligent automation solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to AI engineers and developers.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical evaluations.
- Develop production-grade GenAI, LLM, NLP, chatbot, recommendation, and predictive analytics solutions.
- Build LLM-based applications, AI workflows, APIs, and automation systems.
- Evaluate emerging AI/ML and Generative AI technologies and drive innovation initiatives.

? Must-Have Skills

✅ Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)





- ✅ LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar AI orchestration frameworks

✅ Robust knowledge of NLP ✅ RAG, embeddings & Vector Databases

✅ AI API development & application integration

✅ Python & AI/ML development

✅ Experience building production-level AI applications

✅ Working knowledge of Full Stack development

✅ Strong team leadership and mentoring skills

? Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader with proven experience taking AI solutions from concept → development → production.

Experience in service-based or product engineering companies will be preferred.
