Role Description The Technical Intern role at SlingNeoCard is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the development and maintenance of financial technology products. Interns will assist in researching technical requirements, writing and testing code under guidance, and documenting features, APIs, and system behaviors.

Daily tasks may include debugging issues, participating in code reviews, collaborating with mentors and cross-functional teams,



and contributing to technical design discussions. Interns will also help improve existing tools and processes, learn best practices in software engineering and security, and support integration of SlingNeoCard services with Payvoy’s broader product suite.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and an understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Candidates should possess basic skills in web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, REST APIs) and familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug, test, and optimize code.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with mentors and distributed teams in a remote setting.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in fintech, digital payments, and scalable systems, along with willingness to learn new tools and frameworks, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage time independently, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
