Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical CRM Executive to manage customer handover, possession, and post-sales activities. The candidate should have solid Civil & MEP technical knowledge and the ability to clearly explain project specifications and technical aspects to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end flat handover and possession activities.
- Explain Civil, MEP, construction specifications, materials, and project features to customers.
- Handle and resolve technical and post-sales customer queries.
- Coordinate with Civil, MEP, Quality, and Project teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor snag identification and rectification before handover.




- Conduct customer walkthroughs and ensure a smooth handover experience.
- Manage customer escalations and maintain proper handover documentation.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Technical CRM/Handover/Post-Sales in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of Civil & MEP terminology and project specifications.
- Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical information in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Experience in premium/ultra-luxury residential projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
