(Job Summary/Roles & Responsibilities)

We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst to play a key role in designing and delivering complex application solutions aligned to customers technology roadmap. This role is for a technical solution focused on requirements elicitation and elaboration within an Agile squad workplace, working closely with the Product Owner, Squad Lead, Developers, and QA Engineers in the rapidly evolving field of scalable shared services.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of technical solutions and application architecture, beyond functional domain knowledge.



The role will support the design and delivery of complex, scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution specifications.
- Maintain the Product Backlog, define iterations, and support backlog grooming and story refinement.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to communicate product vision, roadmap, value, and MVP to the Agile team.
- Create and maintain Epics, User Stories, Personas, Story Maps, and Release Plans.
- Facilitate refinement sessions to detail user stories, including dependencies, acceptance criteria, business rules, and non-functional requirements.
- Work closely with developers and architects to understand and validate technical solutions, system integrations, APIs, data flows, interfaces, and application dependencies.
- Support user story estimation and facilitate Sprint Reviews with the Agile team and business stakeholders.
- Work with Pod Leadership to improve Systems Analyst standards, processes, and delivery practices.
- Ensure alignment with technical, security, and process standards throughout the SDLC.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile delivery practices and promote effective collaboration between business and technology teams.
- Support production issues,



root-cause analysis, and enhancement initiatives where business or technical analysis is required.

Mandatory Skills:

Must have

- 69 years of overall QA experience with a strong focus on AI based test automation.
- Strong experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar technology-focused role.
- Strong understanding of technical solutions, application architecture, system integrations, APIs, data flows, and software development lifecycle.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, and Agile delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Scrum or Kanban using tools such as ADO.
- Understanding of AI concepts, data analytics, and AI governance frameworks.
- Ability to write effective prompts for AI-enabled applications and understand how AI capabilities can be incorporated into business and technology solutions.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a remote Agile team.
