We're looking for an experienced

Technical Business Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative, supporting the Tech Workstream and product team on a major public-sector platform.

What You'll Do

- Support assigned product teams in requirements analysis, research, user stories, and testing

- Ensure customer requirements are documented, tracked, and satisfied across the product lifecycle

- Participate in cutover activities for assigned product teams

What We're Looking

- Experience with SaaS/COTS solution implementations

- Skilled at translating high-level solution designs into actionable functional requirements for developers

- Strong technical documentation skills





- Robust system analysis experience across complex requirements and multiple integrations

- Prior exposure to .NET and/or mainframe systems

- Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Proactive self-starter who communicates status and progress clearly

- Strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across IT, project, and business SME teams

- Ability to facilitate meetings across both technical and business audiences

- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Word

- Experience adopting enterprise solutions where the platform was chosen for you
