Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on technical architect with expertise in AI, agentic AI, AWS, Python, and enterprise automation to drive internal transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will architect and deliver scalable AI solutions, automation platforms, and data-driven applications while leading technical teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor teams of software engineers and developers delivering internal transformation initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into architecture, technical designs, development plans, and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide technical direction while remaining involved in critical design and engineering decisions.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering and security standards.
- Manage technical dependencies, risks, integration challenges, and delivery issues across multiple teams.
- Drive projects through the complete lifecycle from discovery and architecture through development, testing, deployment, adoption, and production stabilization.
- Design, architect, and implement enterprise-grade AI,



agentic AI, automation, and knowledge management solutions.
- Build AI agents, multi-agent workflows, RAG applications, enterprise search capabilities, and knowledge platforms.
- Develop scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS, Python, APIs, and up-to-date integration frameworks.
- Design and oversee data integration pipelines, knowledge stores, APIs, and enterprise data platforms.
- Translate business requirements into solution architectures, technical designs, development plans, and implementation roadmaps.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Python and AWS Cloud.
- Hands-on experience in agentic AI, AI agents, LLMs, LangChain/LangGraph/CrewAI.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Robust understanding of APIs, cloud-native architecture, and data integration.
- Experience leading technical teams and enterprise solution delivery. Preferred Skills
- AWS Solutions Architect Certification
- Experience with automation/RPA platforms.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps, and AI governance.
