We are looking for a tech support engineer who has fluent English and management skills.
Your role won't involve directly talking to customers. Instead, you will produce videos to help them solve technical issues. You will work for a big YouTube channel with 137k subscribers.
Your role will involve identifying user problems, writing a script that includes the best solution, recording the voice-over (no face required), and the screen recording. You will also be coordinating video uploads using automation and Trello. You should be able to understand user problems, find the best solution, and present it in a friendly manner.
This role will come with a yearly bonus for commitment and salary hikes based on performance. You will need to work a minimum of 8 hours, 6 days a week, in our office near Nashik Phata.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
