- Proven ability to lead SDET-style teams with deep hands-on automation experience.
- Strong programming skills in Java with ability to extend frameworks and build custom automation components.
- Expertise across automation layers: Web, API, Mobile, and NFR.
- Proficiency with modern testing tools (Cucumber, Selenide, Playwright, Appium, Rest Assured, Jenkins, Report Portal)

- Strong leadership with a track record of mentoring and upskilling teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
