About the Role
As Automation Associate, you'll build and scale RISE's internal technology and automation systems, designing workflows that improve efficiency across operations, sales, marketing, and academic delivery. Ideal for someone technical who wants to apply automation to real business problems at a fast-growing startup.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automation workflows across CRM, email, onboarding, and payments using low-code and code-based tools
- Maintain the RISE website, landing pages, and internal portals; support integrations between forms, CRMs, databases, and analytics
- Write and maintain scripts, APIs, and integrations (Python, JavaScript) to eliminate manual work
- Identify bottlenecks and build scalable automated systems across admissions, mentor management, finance, and support
- Ensure automations and systems are reliable, documented, and usable by non-technical teams
You're a Fit If You Have
- 2 years experience in computer science, software engineering, automation, or a related field
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SQL, and familiarity with APIs and databases
- Experience with or interest in Zapier, Make, CRMs, or workflow automation tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership from concept to execution
- Comfort working in a rapid-paced, globally distributed startup
