Role Description The Team Leader role is a full-time, in office position located in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Team

Leader will oversee daily logistics operations, including planning and monitoring shipments, coordinating with drivers and operations staff, and ensuring adherence to schedules and safety standards. This role involves assigning tasks, tracking performance, and guiding the team to meet service targets and operational KPIs.

Leader will also handle issue resolution, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and prepare basic reports on productivity and service quality.



Collaboration with management to implement process improvements and support training and development of team members is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

- Experience leading or supervising teams in logistics, transportation, or related operations, with the ability to coordinate workloads and monitor performance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including scheduling, prioritization, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with drivers, staff, and customers, and for resolving day-to-day operational issues.
- Basic understanding of transportation or supply chain processes, and familiarity with documentation, routing, and safety compliance.
- Comfort using spreadsheets, logistics software, or other digital tools to track shipments, update records, and produce simple reports.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and maintain flexible availability aligned with operational needs.
- Formal education in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is beneficial; relevant industry experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
